How can I use NUTRI?

You ask your question and within a few minutes you'll receive an answer back on your mobile phone. In order to ask questions, you need to buy credits, which can be bought via in-app purchase system.


Can everyone use NUTRI?

NUTRI is available to all mobile phone users who have access to Google Play and Apple's services. You can use it on any Android or iPhone.


How much does NUTRI cost?

NUTRI is free to use. You can observe questions and answers other users have received and even ask a free question. If you would like to continue receiving cooking advice, you will have to pay for answers, as per the pricing listed in the purchasing menu.


What questions can I ask?

You can ask NUTRI anything related to nutrition, healthy foods, shakes and juices. You can just snap a picture of ingredients and receive nutritional information in seconds. Have a look at our home page for a more comprehensive list of things that we can answer.


How do I give feedback?

I've asked a question but haven't received an answer?

If for any reason NUTRI has received your question but you haven't received a reply within an hour it's possible that your text message has been delayed or lost in our network. Try sending it again, or email us at appsupport@crowdmobile.com and give details of the question asked, including your mobile phone number, time and date and network operator.
